Warranty

All of our Wave inflatables come with a 2-Year Warranty covering manufacturing faults and material defects from the date you receive your product.

Please note:

• We will only replace the product if troubleshooting solutions and/or repairs have been unsuccessful.

• Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided.

• Returned items must be clean and dry. Failure to do so may result in a £25 cleaning fee.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and testing upon receipt. Photographic evidence is required before processing.
