Warranty

All of our Wave inflatables come with a 2-Year Warranty covering manufacturing faults and material defects from the date you receive your product.

Please note:

• We will only replace the product if troubleshooting solutions and/or repairs have been unsuccessful.

• Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided.

• Returned items must be clean and completely dry. Failure to do so may result in a £25 cleaning fee.

All warranty claims are subject to product assessment and testing upon receipt. Photographic evidence will be required before processing your claim.

If you wish to return your order, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery before returning any items. Unapproved returns may be rejected.
